Pekka Perä, member of the Board of Directors. Founder and managing director of Talvivaara Oy. Before founding Talvivaara Oy he worked as the project manager of Arctic Platinum Partnership from the year 2001 to year 2003, and as the project manager of Pyhäsalmi Kaivos Oy. He has also worked for the Outokumpu group in several duties in Finland and abroad in the years 1991-1999.

Jouni Lapinkorpi, member of the Board of Directors. Work supervisor at Trificom Oy (2006-2008), product manager at Eltel Networks keski Oy (2002-2004), supervisor and production manager at Sähköradat Oy (1995-2001).

Ville Keltikangas, member of the Board of Directors. Founder and managing director of the company, former worked at Eltel Networks Oy in different duties including construction of transformer substations, line supports and base stations, electrification of railroads and construction of telecommunications networks (2002-2007).

Pekka Erkinheimo, member of the board of directors Commercial director of Talvivaara Oy since 2006. Before joining the Talvivaara group he worked as an attorney (Senior Associate) at Asianajotoimisto Castren & Snellman Oy from 1999 to 2006. He has also worked as a tax lawyer for the Arthur Andersen group in Helsinki and in Zürich.
